　　第二部分：关于备忘录

　　信头：包括To, From, Date和Subject等措词。To后面接收件人姓名、职务等，from后面接备忘录写作者的姓名、职务等，date后写日期，subject后是备忘录主要内容的概括性小标题。具体模板如下：

　　To: 收文人，如Tom，All Faculty

　　From: 发文人，如Li Ming

　　Date: 日期，如January 14th, 2010

　　Subject: 主题，如Employee Training

　　例如：

　　To: All students

　　From: Li Ming

　　Date: August 10, 2004

　　Subject: Journalist Position Available for the Summer Semester

　　On behalf of the students newspaper, I am writing this MEMO to inform you that we are going to recruit a new staff. And the details are listed as follows.(写作意图/写此MEMO的目的)(2句，30字)

　　Firstly, Applicants should currently be studying at the university, and should preferably have at least two years’ writing experience. Secondly, the successful applicant will be expected to write two articles every week on happenings in the city and on campus. Finally, the position will commence at the end of May and will last through to the end of August. (3句，59字)

　　If you are interested, please send your resume to the campus newspaper office. (OR: If you have any questions concerning the position/application, please feel free to contact me for more information.)(1句，13字)

　　备注：这种模式在考研英语一试题中尚未出现过，所以在考场上出现的概率相对书信而言很低，考前只要了解基本格式即可，正文内容和公务信函一致。
 

　　第三部分：关于问题类作文

　　从2010到2015英语二考试大作文全部是现象类作文。问题类作文只在2007年考到过，所以该类型命题概率比较低。这类作文模板和现象类的几乎一样，首段需要描述图表，只是中间段的万能原因不同，尾段需要写解决方案。考前给大家提供几个万能句型略作准备即可。一字不改可以直接照写。今年命题重点依然是串讲中所讲的现象类作文。

　　万能原因：

　　1. Most people haven’t yet realized how serious the problem has become. (没意识到严重性)

　　2. Measures (taken to control the problem) are not effective (enough to restrain the violators).

　　(措施无效)

　　万能措施：

　　1. Government should lay down strict regulations to punish the violators. (政府立法)

　　2. We should organize activities to call on others to guard against the problem consciously.

　　(号召他人)
